Great Location & Excellent Food — Needs Better Room Maintenance
I booked my stay at The Ambassador, Sangli through MakeMyTrip for a business trip. The location is convenient and easy to find, ideal for work-related travel. The food was excellent — tasty and well-prepared, definitely the best part of the stay. The rooms are comfortable but could use better cleaning and maintenance. very bad experience
it was not a good stay at all, no charging point, requested to arrange extention box, bad and mattress was not good, it was almost a sleep less night, stinking washroom, toilet seat was almost broken. breakfast was ok

Hello.. Generally, mmt properties are always good. But this time I was very much disappointed with the hotel ambassador sangli. The room was not good as their charges. They didn't give even napkins, and the room is so average facilities, nor staff were educated. Property is so backwards designed. Restaurant is also typical rural types, with no variety of food. All over experience was below the average.

Poor Stay
1. Restroom jet spray was not connected appropriately. Water leakage. 2. Room sofa was torn 3. Dirty kettle was provided 4. Soap was not skin friendly 5. Door knob lock was not working 6. Restroom wall tiles were peeling off the wall 7. Bed was not comfortable 8. Blanket was too old and ruggy 9. No plug point near bed 10. No back rest to enable sitting on bed to watch tv 11. No soap holder in bathroom 12. Cupboard was dirty. Hanger was dirty. Hotel not worth my money, at all.

Location is the prime, just abutting highway. Property is old, construction and fittings are old one but service is satisfactory. Breakfast is complimentary for offline bookings only. 24hr check in check out available here. Overall good experience staying here.

Smelly rooms, old and not maintained, not worthy
No satisfied, room telephone not working, bed and bedcovers not renewing, no soap, tooth paste, even for ac delux room, need major renovation, staffs are good and coolerative

Pathetic room, horrible service. Rooms were not as per projected. Very rude behaviour by the service people. Not worth at all as per the price quoted. The hotel was offering a rate of 1800 only as against the price we paid
