Very disappointed with the hospitality. Very dirty rooms as well as bathrooms. No toiletries, tv not working, remote not working, due to corner room, wifi was not connected , food quality is ok ok not delicious

Average Stay
we went to sangli for my daughter's state tournament. we choose this hotel for overnight stay. and the experience was shocking😱. to begin with we checked in at around 12.30 noon. and after getting fresh, decided to order the lunch in room. but when we called the in-house restaurant, they told us that lunch will only be available after 1 hour. thats almost 14.00... we decided to go out for lunch. at evening, As the in-house restaurant has loud music, we again have to go outside. Post dinner when we return to our room. When my son tried to open the curtains, to his and my horror the top frame of the curtains fall crashing down.. Thank god I could reach there quickly, the frame fall on my head. Otherwise there could have been a serious accident. The other families had already suggested us not to book at season 4. Now I think I should have listen to them. Bathroom was below average. With sink tap broken, and no partition for shower and wc. Only one Towel was there. No soap. On next day morning, we had to reach match venue by 9.00. The complimentry breakfast was starting at 8.00, when we reach the restaurant, they told nothing will be ready till 8.45... Again we had to go out for breakfast. With already paid for breakfast while booking the room. Only good part was the guard at the parking.. He was very helpful. Overall very bad 👎experience. There are many better hotel at the price they are charging. I can tell this as as at tournament we discussed with many families and friends

Pathetic, unsafe for women travellers
I had to check out in the mid night right after 4 hours of checking in. It is not a family hotel. There were people drinking in the hallway and abusing in the middle of the night. There was a cigarette lighter and a belt on the table in waiting/lobby area near reception. And they keep the lights turned off all the time. Very shady place.

Terrible experience
businessThere were bed bugs on bed. Changed 4 room, but same issues in all rooms. Even their suite rooms also have bed bugs and cockroaches issues. No cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel to no one.

Avid staying
Allotted room was in very bad condition, washbasin was not having water even then flush was out service. Room was having some kind of odour

coupleProperty is good in nature. It's in good shape. Rooms needs a little bit of make over. But overall the food and ambience and room makes a pleasant experience altogether. It's recommended for a stay from my end.

Terrible property
businessPathetic entrance, lift was stuckked up on some floor, security refused to pickup luggage to reception which is located on first floor, shabby bathroom, spring bed mattress very uncomfortable, electrical kettle & tea bags kept in room but no stirrer or spoon kept, ordered tea in room service but served as lodge

Decent hotel with basic quality rooms.
coupleThe property was average. The toilet fittings had stains though the room upkeep was decent. The road facing rooms are noisy during day time. The door and windows are not sound proof and you are kept awake as the corridors get noisy due to other room guests overall decent hotel

Average stay but can be better with small fixe
Location is good on miraj sangli road. Room and linen was clean. Bathroom needed some fixes. Shower knob was too difficult to operate but water was good hot. Overall experience was average but can be made better by small fixes - very big spoon for a tiny tea cup. Property has potential to be far better.

Good Stay
It was a wonderful stay & i must appreciate that they allowed us for early check-in at 6 am though they are having a policy of 11 am check in time. Please change the bathroom fittings like taps as they are too old. Rest is ok

The location of the property is good and just road touch. Parking facility is limited. The food quality is ok. Rooms cleanliness is average. Reception staff is good however room service is not satisfactory
