Property location was easy to search. Food quality was also good. But hotel ambience was not good. Parking space not available. Basic tools not provided. Telephone was ded . the hotel icon in sangli location, entrance, lobby, and the conversations at the reception were all excellent. the cleanliness of the hotel room was impressive. the staff’s behavior and communication with the guests were commendable. most importantly, the food at their restaurant, especially the breakfast, was delicious. everything was outstanding—simply the best!

Not a pleasant stat
It was not a pleasant stay as we expected 1) rooms were not ready even though we checked in at 3 pm 2) found cockroaches in room and bathroom, there was a fusty smell in the rooms 3) we had to ask for kettle/coffee/tea/water. It was made available after an hour. Kettle was dirty and it was not working. 4) for 3 adults room there was only 1 bath towel kept, no hand towel. After asking bath towels were provided but no hand towel hotel property is fine but it is not well maintained, poor service and costly.

No wifi, no tissue paper in the room, if i called housekeeping the come to try to open the door after 1st knock they even not ready to wait for client response
