About room quality
Room is not clean and also in the room there is no any bath accessories and any other accessories.

Not satisfied
As there is no ventilation system, not any cupboard for the luggage store. Ac having much notice to disturb at night, also the water stop while taking bath, very bad experience.

Poor Stay
First of all, they gave me a room on a lower level than the one i had booked. After that, i was given a room, but there was no lock in it. Then i changed my room but there was no water in the washroom in that room. Food quality are also bad. So overall i don't have any kind of good experience with the hotel nova shine.

Poor Stay
Rooms are not upto the mark. Amenities and toiletries and basic things mentioned in description section was not at all available. Partition between 2 room were done and with 1 connecting windows for both rooms. Worst experience and no proper experienced staff. I asked for water bottle and they gave we filled bottle which they took from dustbin and filled from jug. Not recommended for the family stay as well as business stay.
