Food was good and hotel is also okay parking area is too far from the room and ac is working slowly

The overall property was good but the services were poor, there were water issues and during my stay there was a wedding there and due to this the staff were not able to address our issues and no one responded on the reception desk also and their response was there is a wedding so the staff are busy.

I have given benefit of early checking and staff was amazing food was very good overall too good... definitely going to stay again.

We had the worst experience at Green Leaf Club Rajkot. Our check-in time was 2 PM, but we reached around 9 PM — even then, the room was not ready. After finally getting the room, we found no towels or toiletries, and the TV and exhaust fan were not working. Despite calling reception multiple times, there was no response. There was no hot water kettle or tea/coffee pouches in the room either. The next morning’s breakfast was horrible, with very limited options . To make things worse, the games room and gym were not allowed for guests, which was never mentioned during booking. Overall, a very poorly managed property — no service, no maintenance, and no value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality.

Good location and good food for people and also a good facility for stay

Though there is gym , the staff didn't let us use that. In the room there was no network as the hotel is in outskirt. Though there is TV in room but it is not recharged and even after asking for they didn't do it. As my stay was in rainy season as soon as the rain starts there was no delivery partner to serve the order from nearby restaurants. Hotels restaurants was okay and well seevicable however in breakfast there is same menu all three day. It was an below average experience during the stay. as in the rooms TV was not working, no mobile network and also the wifi as installed dont work.

Location is good but the food was not good. Basic amenities like water and electricity were out for almost two hours. The TV was not in working condition in any room. The bedsheet was torn. Even the intercom was not working in the morning. Even the water outlet was slow in the toilet which gave annoying feeling.

Good stay for peace. You should always check your oil, water and tyres before taking your car a trip.

There was a rat in our room. A lot many mosquitoes. Bathroom & nearby wall was apparent of the fact that it was used in holi though about a week had past after holi. Poor quality of bathroom. Had to repeatedly ask got towels, bathroom kit & water bottles before supplied. Bed sheet & pillow covers were unhygienic. Food quality is average. No excess to swimming pool after 6pm. No wifi provided. Absolute unmakntained & dull property. A big no for next time. Waste of money.

It was terrible stay. TV's connection was expired no recharg done from hotel. Wifi was not working. got room around 13:15 instead of the resort marriage function was going on so no space in the parking. loud music was going till late night.so terrible stay. can't recommended to any one

One should go for weekend trip at-least once

All staff friendly and attentive to kids at pool and in lobby area. Overall grit experience. All 5 to hotel

Not even available dental kit, and moisturizer cream. Food also very bad.
