Hotel Star Palace

No towels given even after asked second time, they were just saying not available. One towel was there in my room they didn't replace. Bedsheets were not changed, changed after staying for whole night. Fan was not working properly.

third class service... cleaning issue... water tap was leaking... no car parking available... never go to this hotel... the staff was very poor... no one would even pay for them... the lounge room seemed even bigger... I don't know whom the owner has sent away

as per the Look of the Hotel Room Price would be between 300 to 350 Only. Rooms Ac started but No Cooling, TV not Working, Even beds look like 19's. Smallest Room and baddest smell in bathroom . Baddest hotel Ac not working Bathroom baddest smell Rooms are so much short Baddest breakfast

The location is good, but staff behaviour was very bad and very care less, the room was very dirty and the blanket and pilocovers are not able to use, the drinking water was not clean even the glass etc was not available, service was also very bad, they supplied the food in dirty and used tray, the food particles was clearly seen in the tray, so dirty

Location was good but property was pathetic. There was no proper room in which family can stay. There was no lock in the room too. It was my worst experience till date.

The room is so narrow that we were hit our legs badly. Outside our room, there was a dustbin and it really smelled bad. No cleanliness in the room as there was too many mosquitos and unable to slept at night properly. Walls were damaged as we saw crack in the wall. Cables were disconnected from tv and ac remote was also not working. No intercom is available for room service need to go reception every-time to say for room service. Ask for towel but didn't get it. Very poor service. No parking facility as well. I want all the money back as due to this type of stay my mother gets ill.

Very upset with room. Room very small. Bed not clean. Sheets and blankets had dirt and stains. Dirt on floors and furniture. Room not cleaned good. Did not feel happy or safe there. I will not stay there again after bad time in dirty, tiny room.

A terrible experience was there, the service was good but the room was not clean, the bedrolls were not clean, too much noise was there during the whole night.
