Stay was poor and service are not good

Water was leaking from Split ac and spitting on sofa and room, food services are not good however food taste was good. Direction RO was not served next day. Waiters are not much concern about services, however reception was acceptable

Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. They guide me about Rajkot market location is also good and near to market tea stall milk bar. They serve good and tasty food in quick service. Room is small, the only minus point but for solo travelers and for a short stay it's ok.

Didn't stay at this hotel. Terrible in terms of cleanliness. Dirty pillows and bed sheets, pan/gutka spitting on the wall, stinky stairways and bathroom, door mate completely dirty mostly not cleaned for many weeks I guess. And as per hotel manager it was cleaned before my arrival. Cleanliness is the basic aspect that one expects from any hotel no matter the price we pay. If basic is not right forget about providing anything else. Oyo room doesn't seem to have inspections for their hotels.

Staff don't have courtesy to talk, cleanliness was not proper, room service was very poor and delayed, booked food quality was below average, beds and pillows were dirty, no foot mat to clean your foot, room was with bad odour

There was a difference in rate card shown by Hotel and Oyo, which took much time to resolve. Really need to improve in cleanliness and bed sheet quality.

The pathetic experience I was check-in late at night I have booking ID but they first deny we have no rooms so I show him booking ID but he said want Oyo id. Then he said AC is not working that's why we can't give so I told him to give without AC room but deny again than I called to company and than he give me store room which backs side in hotel.

Very bad experience at the time of booking it seem different and really not good I have found bed mattress with full of hair. Furniture is not in good condition. Bathroom is very dirty.
