everything was perfect just they should increase portion size of the food which they served on dinner.

The location of Hotel Sentosa is quite convenient—being close to the Race Course area makes it easy to access key parts of the city and good for evening walks or quick outings. Though I haven't tried the lunch, dinner or regular food; can review the breakfast which was decent and hygienic, though a bit more variety in the breakfast menu would be great. Amenities were as expected for this category—clean rooms, working Wi-Fi, and comfortable bedding. The staff was courteous and responsive throughout the stay, which really added to the experience. Overall, a good value stay for business or short trips in Rajkot. Would consider coming back. Tip: Make sure you visit the Artificial Garden and a small waterfall area middle of the Hotel in the morning and late night. it's pleasant.

Excellent hospitality, very nice & clean room, enough sized room & bathroom, ample cleaness of room , beds etc. Staff are well trained, well supportive. Foods with number of variety found nicely prepared, fresh. canteen staff good, supportive, guiding very well. There are no more words, to express the level of satisfaction, we got. Thanks a lot to Santosa team. This time, it may be my 5th time stay in last one year time

overall ambience was not that great, in rooms refrigerator was not working, towels were not of good quality. expected atleast this basic things would have been good

Rooms were good and spacious. Morning brakfast was given at a yet to complete room down stairs. There is no proper restaurant attached i guess.

the bathroom does not have hot water in the basin and for bathing also it takes 5-7 minutes they don't provide hand towel unless asked for which is also very strange. There is no bathroom towel to dry feet after bathing and the doormat on which the guests are expected to dry the feet is very dirty. Anything more is exorbitant

The staff at reception counter is so rude. Not good manner to speak with client. Overall service are below the mark

Room given was not the one shown in picture and was changed in one day with a more sub standard room

Overall is good but food quality is very bed. Room and bath is clean. Property location is good. My ratting is 6 out of 10.

According to rate, property is not that level. In this budget many more property. Bad smell from washrooms food quality is terrible.
