The accommodations provided were smaller than advertised, and the breakfast service and management were unsatisfactory. Despite booking two rooms with breakfast included, the breakfast experience was poor, resulting in a loss of the breakfast fee. Furthermore, the hotel's operational practices, such as disabling the elevators at 9:30 PM, presented significant challenges for guests, particularly those with mobility issues. The staff's response to inquiries regarding the elevator was dismissive. there was hot water for shower. The owner's demeanor was also found to be unprofessional, he really didn't care.
