Approach is not good, room toilet was old and black, i booked with free breakfast but breakfast not given, my guest in the morning came to visit us but allowed in the room only after paying rs. 400, receptionist way of talking was very authoritative and offensive not customer friendly. On demand of receipt for rs. 400-, he mentioned narration 'food & beverage.

This is most terrible experience i ever had. After booking from mmt hotel didn’t allowed us to check in & were asking for more money. When we denied paying extra amount (apart from the amount shown in the mmt) reception guy started shouting at me and my family. He didn’t stopped there he tried harassing us when i was with my mother & sister. I was with my family having 2 ladies reception guy kept us waiting for 1 hr on hotel reception at 12pm in the night. Harassing ladies & senior citizens is not at all acceptable. If you want to be safe better avoid this hotel at any cost

Ye hotel choose Life ki sabse badi mistakes me se ek hai meri Ye hotel family walo k liye nahi hai family wale to is hotel me mat jao mujhe vha jake pata chala.Meri booking thi one night ki me late hogaya tha night me 10:30 baje me jab hotel pahucha to vha koi male betha tha vo bolta sabji physical I'd chahiye mene kha bhai soft copy lele jiski available nahi hai to vo bolta nahi ye rule hai humara sabki physical I'd chahiye mene bhot samjhaya ye kesa rule ye log kis duniya me rehte online k time dehat gav (villagers) ki tarah bate kara tha rat ko bhot behes karne k bad meri mother ne request Kari phir vo mana jab mene pay kardiya tha booking confirm thi I'd sabhi ke me provide karwa raha hu phir kis bat ka issue bhot kharab experience tha is hotel ko book karna.

Room service are excellent room is a very beautiful comfort bed ac tv wi-fi availablity many lighting in a room

Nice stay properly net and clean

There is no co-ordination between you and the hoteliers, they didn't even allow you to check in for two hours. And you didn't even solve the problem on call for 3 hours. I give him 300 rupees extra for check in the room. Your service was very poor because of which i was in a lot of trouble.

Good hospitality good staff behaviour

It was nice and cozy, the view isn't that great from the room but rooms are well equipped with basic amenities and for the price point of under 1000 it was pretty decent and as expected.

Location is very conjunct & room are not good

bad location and approach road. hotel is average but staff is good n cooperative

We have been charged extra by hotel 800 rs. And was kept out didnt gave checkin until we paid extra 800 rs our precious time was wasted around 2 hours

Terrible hotels needs pest control there were insects and cockroaches everywhere after we came from outside at night

Property was located in marker area. Not that much satisfaction during stay. Blanked was smelly. Insects are roaming around the room. Rain water entering into room.

Comfortable room. People also nice in nature. If you look for a business stay. It is worth as the price is low and in comparison it is better. Hygiene need to be better
