not good clean room that's why

Only Breakfast is served at the Room with very limited choice ( any one of 3-4 options) if you want to eat you have to order online . Room condition is very shabby , sofa covers are old and dirty , minimum requirements were not met in the washroom . Room floors were not clean . Overall very poor Experience

Most of the things in the room were broken and on asking for some assistance, they refused. Just the manager helped with the bill in the last, rest homestay is priced unreasonably high. Not upto the price paid.

Extremely Disappointed – Pathetic Service by MMT Response Team I had one of the worst experiences with the MMT (MakeMyTrip) response team. I was continuously trying to get a resolution from morning till evening, but absolutely no support or proper response was provided. Despite multiple follow-ups, not a single person took accountability or offered a solution. Due to this unprofessional and careless behavior, I had no option but to cancel my Dubai trip — something I had been planning for a long time. The lack of communication, zero sense of urgency, and complete disregard for the customer experience is shocking. This kind of service is unacceptable from a brand like MMT. You’ve not only wasted my time but also ruined my travel plans. I will seriously reconsider using MMT in the future and won’t recommend it to anyone based on this horrible experience.
