VITS Select Rajkot

Disappointed with my stay at VITS Rajkot, as it lacked the quality I've come to expect from other VITS properties. The room had a noticeable odor, and I was quite surprised to find a cockroach in the bathroom. There was no telephone in the room to contact the reception or restaurant, and when I requested assistance with the lack of hot water, I was informed that it was only available from the tap, not the shower. The path to the restaurant was also off-putting, with a damp and musty smell. The one redeeming quality was the breakfast spread.

Rooms are not nice, breakfast menu also is very restrictive, not a pleasant stay. service quality needs improvement.

Bed location very small rooms bed smell in washroom wastage of money the rooms are so bad that we checked out just 1 hour after check in and took a room in another hotel he did not care even i spoke to him at the reception

1 word bad - location, room smell, bathroom and restaurant all wanting. I also feel for the staff. I expected better. I booked vets rajkot as i spent 4 hours in somnath vets a day before. They are night and day different

in room no phone us working room size is very small we selected king size room hot water was not there they offered multiple rooms but no water coming overall bad experience

Best hotel in location

Food service was very bad rooms also not good wrt prices staff also not cooperative.

No tv connection, the washroom is dirty & smelly, not maintaining the property, didn't provide any dental kit.

Stay is good and food is good. Rooms are neat. Normally they give me a big room for the same rate but this time given smaller room

I reached vets at 8 pm. Noone was there to carry the luggage from vehicle in parking to reception area. Check in was smooth. Receptionist were courteous. Room didn't have the intercom. Also physical latch was room door. Which is uncommon in this level of hotels. On enquiring at reception i learned that hotel is under renovation. In short the hotel is taking regular charges for the room and has undertaken renovation at the cost of inconvenience to guests. Also banquet for wedding or similar function seems to be the main business. Area opposite hotel main entrance is shabby and one side access road is thru slum area. I felt that i have done contribution to renovation by paying extra for the room with less facilities. Abhay saw-ant

Very bad experience

Vets all-around in western india is good, neat. Rajkot area it's not nice but hotel is good. Food is good but always delay of 45 mots-1 hr.

We visited vets hotel earlier, so i have booked this before checking review, the location of this hotel is in slum area, parking is far from hotel so i almost washed out as we have entered in rainy season at late night, and solar was not working so we haven't got hot water for shower, then in the morning, they give 1 bucks of water for each person after waiting 30 minutes so they have wasted ou 2 hour time in the morning after this when we depart the road was full of water if they have hot water then we comfortably leave the hotel, we can not expect this from vits, also they have taken charge from me to upgrade hotel room.

The room is not good, the bathroom condition is not good and the breakfast is not good. Not comfortable.

It was a very bad experience, the tv was not working, the washroom was in bad condition. We were unable to lock the door and so many negative things made our stay terrible. It was a very bad experience, the washroom smells very badly and is not clean. The toilet commode was not working. Tv was not working.

It was great experiance. And staff was also very good and very co oprative. And wonderful l service by hotel & staff

Exceptional stay at [hotel vits " "i had a wonderful stay at [hotel vits. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated.

I selected this hotel because of the brand name but it did not come out as per the expectations. It was an urgent booking so did not care much about the photographs. There were many disappointments like: 1. Very small room size for double occupancy. 2. Room interior was not up to the mark. 3. The furniture and walls had cracks. 4. There were no better room upgrades options available 5. But the silver line was it's breakfast. This was really nice

This property dont deserve any feedback. Worst ever hotel i stayed in last 15 years of my professional career. Dth not recharged, tv remote not available, when connecting reception - they disconnected intercom of our room. Packaged food delivered very late which leads us rush to railway station for onward journey. Not at all recommendable. Mm t should check before providing “very good” rating. I suggest mm t should duelist this property.
