Poor and stinking room
Both room and bathroom were stinking. First they made us wait for one hour stating there is no booking. After speaking to customer care they gave us one of the worst room. Pathetic serivice and pathetic hotel and it’s staff.

1. My review about *hotel swagatam inn* @ rajkot 1. Hotel was not aware of my room booking and at reception they made me wait for room allotment. 2. Room & washroom condition were horrible. Room can not be locked from inside. 3. When i request for change room, hotel was not ready to do so and try to convince me. 4. After all this hotel ready to allot me other room that one also was not in good condition, but since room charges were pre-paid. I have to stay with my wife. I was not expecting such rundown property that i have booked through mmt. To make it short i suggest not to have such hotels on mmt. Good

Spend the night. Slept peacefully. Average experience. Despite informing on reception to give early breakfast, it got very late. That was annoying.

Awesome stay
Hotel location is good and staff is understanding. Rooms are spacious and hotel is well maintained.

Waste money
Bad service, not clean room, breakfast is not ready for 8 am. Such waste of money.
