Hotel pearl palace is very nice property located in the heart of Rajkot city, we have booked suite, nice big spacious rooms

Worst experience ever the receptionist is not that experienced

Good hotel need improvement in some areas like pest control, cleaning, foods

good rooms and and reception staf is very explant service behaviour is good in staf 24 hours room service

i stayed here for an hourly basis for 6 hours. The room was spacious however there were no toiletries provided not even soap . there were no water bottles. The worst part was the construction which was happening in the lobby due to which a lot of noise and disturbance was there .

There landline was disconnected, found many cockroach in the room, hygiene was not good

The booking experience was good for us. But hotel was not good. Room was not clean properly, wall color were fa-dded sims like bhutiya ghar.

Hotel need maintenance and improvement in housekeeping, rooms not properly cleaned. Spoiled towel and leak in bathroom

Location is easily reachable but in cozy area.

Parking facility is good, bed was clean, room size is huge, bathtub and bathroom also clean but telephone is not working, they said call us from your mobile for get any room services, we went for dinner and come back, turn the lights on and we shoke, so many baby cockroaches found in room and bathroom also. Hygienity is not good.

Transit Hotel. Every thing very average. Hot water failed in the morning. You had to order for a cup of tea and get the concoction they had to offer. Tea and coffee arrangement in the room is minimum one expect nowadays.
