Wonderful stay The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the food was delicious Great experience overall—excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a prime location. The hotel exceeded my expectations—very neat, well-managed, and peaceful. A perfect place to relax.The hospitality and ambience were truly impressive. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.

There were so many insects at the entrance. At the time of Booking Breakfast was included. However when asked for the same it was said that there is timing for Breakfast,it will be served after 8:00 AM. Then it has been told before 8 only tea/coffee alongwith Toast/Breads/Sandwich can be served. When in the morning at 6:30 on 16/06/2025 I called in reception it has been told that they will not provide breakfast in the room. Then I said get it prepared as I have to check out by 7:00 AM. When I came downstairs and asked for the tea and breakfast @6:45 AM, then they started talking rubbish that it will take time when customers come downstairs then we start cooking. In that anguish I just left the hotel without uttering a word. But I am really disheartened by the type of Service and hospitality provided by the Hotel Pallav.

Very bad management by mr uday, dirty used unclean un-flushed bathroom. Mr uday had an angry rajkotian look always and he was always found to be video chatting on his phone.

Hot water not available for bathing all the water tabes are leakage. West of money and time very poor quality of breakfast served.

Not a good bed, and show price king size bed room but after booking name will change deluxe type room booked no tusse paper available and only one power supply switch charging point very small rooms bathroom also small and sleeping bed very hard

Worst cleaning and many insects are there.

I stayed two day but no one cleaned the room

Good hotel limited food choice for bfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel being in rajkot, no meals available for gujrati meals

Property location is too good and it was very neat and clean i must say tea in morning was awesome. For business trip is best to stay.

Value for money centrally located ideal for business trips good connectivity to all places. The breakfast was very good.

Rooms were small and less spacious and not worth for rs 3000/ day. Moreover the air conditioners were also stinking. Although food quality was good.

Very bad experience and don't go with this hotel due to their facilities and staff is very bad as you never expected such type of experience.

My Experience with the Hotel, PALLAV, at Rajkot , On 7th & 8th July 2023, when I stayed there. 1. Rooms were neat & clean, properly maintained. 2. Room Service was prompt, with Courtesy. 3. Restaurant Service was also satisfactory. 4. Complimentary Breakfast was good Quality and sufficient, Served in time. 5. If I have to visit Rajkot again, I may Consider going for this Hotel. The room was neat, clean and the service was good. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food items. We also had dinner and it was very tasty. The prices are also reasonable. Keep it up!

Ok. No worth to stay. Here. This hotel is the worst, no water bottles provided. worst living experience. Worst leaving place.

I would like to state that the place is simply pathetic and the staff is also not trained at all. The staff are some like local boys. Very dangerous dark and not suitable for family stay.
