Not clean hotel, old and used items, there was no towel in the bath room, key system was very bad. Food was ok, though bed, ac and pillows were nice. Breakfast was included but didn't start till 7 an i could have just coffee and bread butter as had flight to catch. This is how bad it could get )

The behavior of hotel staff was pathetic. During check in at night itself i informed the reception that i will require jain breakfast in the morning but he said he won't take this request now. I must share this request to restaurant in the morning. When i did so they said they don't serve jain breakfast and can't make it available. I was forced to accommodate with idli - chatni only. Secondly the room was very bad and stinking. They also refused to provide gst invoice at the time of check out. I had worst experience ever in mmt bookings, for the first time in life. Please improve your choice of hotels. Keep hotels with good reputation and customer service instead of having such cheap and bad hotel on list. My trust on mmt has deteriorated further after this experience as the rack rate of hotel was cheaper than mmt and than other bad experiences also

Good Stay
Overall not bad experience at all. However when we are submitting our KYC id cards, they shouldn't insist us in filling the register all the details which are already there on the id cards. The first priority should be providing rooms to senior citizens and family with small kids. No hard feelings but just felt to inform about this point which I think they should take care of. Anyways I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Thank you for your review, filling details register is a mandatory process of Govt of India for all 4 star and below hotels, as the same has to be submitted to a local police station on time to time basis. We do understand your concern, and we shall take care about the comfort of our guest along with the procedure.
Bedroom
I have double bed room booked, but manager was single bed allot, we are not comfortable, food is good, manager rudely behave. Next time are not prefer this hotel.

We would recommend that you book our Executive or Super Executive rooms, which are fairly big in size compare to business room that you had booked in, during you next visit. Jayson needs renovated services
I was used to stay at this hotel since it's inauguration l days. This time my stay at this hotel came after almost 4 years and found the same furniture and fixtures in the reception lobby, rooms, and restaurant. Mattresses are expired dated and bathroom fittings needs to be replaced. Restaurant complimentary breakfast seems observing cost-cutting with loose butter and jam for bread and toast.
