Room was average and not clean properly, no sitting arrangement like chair, without any center table to have breakfast, bathroom was not clean properly. All in all average.

Poor Stay
Asked for early check in, hotel staff tried to lie to me and asked me to pay extra as they had only one room left and it was the upgraded one, when someone else came in they showed them another available room.

Worst room quality
Rooms were pathetic. Pols don’t go with the pictures provided by the property. Overall it was a terrible exp.

Average Stay
Room needs an upgrade. Staff besides the manager are young kids who training, although. Ot thier fault. The location whilst near a busy junction is excellent for transport. Some good places to eat near the hotel. The manager is helpful for advice.

Failed to provide each service
it is 180 sq-ft room- actually it is 100 sq-ft room (2 feet *5 tiles on the floor) rude behavior of staff, ac control switch in reception so they switch off ac any time, dental kit not available, complimentary breakfast will available after 8 am, after 8 they says it may be take more 30 minutes. I have paid 250 rs extra for complimentary breakfast ( aalu pauva and tea, dental kit, refrigerator, shoes polish etc promise service not available. It is not hotel, it's a guest house. I have never faced such services from hotel in my entire life. Bedsheet and blankets were not hygienic and typical order feel from it. Have observed woman hair in the bed, water dripping from ac. Overall i am not satisfied in single service of hotel.
