Terrible Stay
I have never seen such poor quality rooms. No ventilation, no window, no exhaust fans.. Smell in room. Use toilet and smell option is permanent.

Excellent Stay
Value for money. The hotel is a good one to stay for a couple of days if you are in Rajkot for work or a religious trip. AC, hot water, lift, etc. all amenities were good. Highly recommended. The staff was courteous to allow me almost 3 hours extension as I had a late train.

As per my experience, the location is good but there are some issues like water supply. I was late to one of the event due to water and electricity issues. Otherwise all good.

Booked a premium room but it looked ordinary and breakfast was given late like we had a train at 9:30 am and the breakfast started at like 8:30 whereas in other hotels it start at 7

Terrible Stay
Location of hotel is good but rooms are not good, no vantilation, exhaust not working, stimging with smell of phenyl. No towels no soaps. They are promising breakfast and lunch dinner but kitchen is horrible. Unhygienic and shabby. Don't recommend to anybody

Disappointing Stay - Book at Your Own Risk Our recent 2-day stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and fell far short of expectations. While the check-in time was advertised as 12 PM, we arrived at 1 AM only to be informed that the hotel was overbooked. The management's handling of the situation was poor, and they attempted to convince us to "show sensitivity" towards their overbooking issue – a completely unacceptable request when we had a confirmed reservation. Cleanliness was another major concern. We were appalled when the staff suggested we use a previously used bedsheet and comforter. This is a basic hygiene standard that was completely neglected, and it led to a very uncomfortable late-night experience. Furthermore, the hotel was clearly undergoing renovations, which was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. This lack of transparency is misleading and impacted our stay. While it seemed some staff members genuinely tried to be helpful, the overall impression was that the team responsible for room preparation lacked basic attention to detail and training. Given these significant issues, I would strongly advise prospective guests to BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. Our experience was far from satisfactory, and we would not recommend this hotel.

Over all good, value for money.
Overall good experience, food was good, staff was good. Still there are some point which can be improved 1. Cleanliness: The Room was not properly cleaned when checking in. 2. They don't provide all the amenities given in the mmt list like a Kitchenette.

hotel location is good cleaning is not good room with full of dirts, After asking for cleaning staff boy is not cleaning proper food is good help desk response is good but in hotel TV airtel recharge is expired after so many request- ( about 5 times ) we get tv recharge at 10 pm ( we want to see ipl) AND LAST BUT IMPORTANT WHEN I AM CALLING DIRECTLY TO HOTEL BEFORE BOOKING, I ASKED THAT ALL ROOMS HAVE BATHTUB CONFIRM 3 TIMES ALSO I HAVE RECORDING , HE SAID WE HAVE BUT WHEN I REACH HOTEL THEY REQUEST ME TO PLS UPGRADE ROOM TYPE IF U WANT BATHTUB ROOM , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR ON PHONE FOR BOOKING THEY LIED TO ME
