Poor Stay
Cockroaches, leaking taps in bathroom, woody seepage smell in the room, furniture in the room is broken/damaged and thus the rodents are there, only poha and coffee in the breakfast, no dental kit, hair or shaving kit provided.

Unhygienic and terri
The bedsheet was dirty and had female hairs all over it same goes for the bathroom as well the floor had female hair. The bathroom door was not closing in my room it was jammed it was terrible.

Overall good experience.
Sanitation of hotel is good. Behivear of staf is polite. You definitely stay in this hotel for 2/3 days.

Bad experience at this location
Environment was not good, room condition was not good, no bath mate available, ac was not working, no facility provided as they shows on mmt.

All well except for the unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist on duty at the hotel reception at the time of check-in which took around 45 minutes to allot a room which was the worst room available in the hotel despite there so many rooms available that time.
The room allotted by the on duty receptionist had many discrepancies/short comings which was immediately changed in the early morning of 22 october 2023 by the next duty person when i brought to his knowledge about the unprofessional behaviour of the then receptionist.

Excellent
The location is in the central of the city. The main market is nearby and we can visit any places nearby as it's located in a centre of the city. The food was excellent and delicious. The food expenses are worth to pay. Every food item has a reasonable charges. Also the service of the staff is very good. The staff was very friendly and flexible with the guests. They try to make guests very comfortable during the stay.
The staff has maintained good hygiene around the lobby as well as the room. Everyone was following social distancing. The room was clean and they took care of safety hygiene. The service was excellent of the staff as well as the manager.
