Poor maintenance
I had a very disappointing experience. They changed my room three times — the first room’s TV wasn’t working, and the second had a broken toilet seat. I was only staying overnight to catch an early morning flight, but instead of providing a proper room, they kept shifting me from one to another. Very poor service and lack of basic maintenance.

Very bad experience, not happy with makemytrip, they need to check once before take booking of this kind of hotel

Complain and prob
My experience was very bad. Receptionist behaviour was casual. Shower was not working. No hot water available in bathroom. Drainage of bathroom was chocked. No response from staff side regarding the issue of drainage chocking.

The hotel reception said the room was non-ac booked, and they charged an extra 400 rupees. I don't want to book again from make my trip

Hotel ambiance is average. Bed sheet is very old. No full light in the room. Morning breakfast is below category. Staff is good.

Poor Stay
Blankets, cushions and bed sheets are not clean. Also they are charging us for drinking water which should be free. Breakfast is only ready made items which can be bought from outside also. So in-short no proper services. Not recommended for next time.

Not clean rooms
The rooms are smelly, bedsheets have gone gray, bathroom floor was sticky, walls had shoeprints. The staff behaviour is good but that's the only positive.
