The hotel was decent but the room was not cleaned, The washbasin was clogged, I found cigarette buds in the room, The pillow was dirty, hair on bedsheet

There is no Wi-Fi, unclean rooms, rude staff, and they are not interested in hosting guests. It looks like a shady place only for a short stay for boys and girls to do all kinds of intimate stuff. Horrible hotel, incomplent staff and staff is not willing to cater. Unclean, no wifi, lift in the worst condition possible. Unclean washrooms and unhygienic. Rude staff and not willing to help.

My Experience was terrible on site they say early check in is available (free) but at hotel their staff charged me 500 ₹ for early check in . Also the room was unclean , washroom was in a bad condition. bathroom sink tap was broken over all the hotel ambience was very bad 👎 😐

I am utterly baffled by how this hotel has a 4. 2-star rating. Based on my experience, it deserves no stars at all. This is hands down the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, with prices that are exorbitantly high for the abysmal quality provided. First and foremost, the rooms are in deplorable condition, with zero maintenance and no service whatsoever. The air conditioning units do not work, and to make matters worse, the cables are exposed and lack any insulation, posing a significant safety hazard. Right outside my door, the hotel's belongings are cluttering the hallway in a cupboard, making it difficult to exit the room. The hotel is located on the 11th floor, and the elevator service is atrocious and unhygienic. Upon arrival, i was shocked to find that they do not even have a proper reception counter. I had booked a room for four days, but the state of the room made me regret my decision immediately. The entire place is incredibly unhygienic, with no apparent effort to maintain cleanliness or provide basic services. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it at all costs. My stay was nothing short of a nightmare, and i wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Avoid this place at all costs.

For food need to go out also it's on 11th floor, when reached the area other similar hotel offered 900 but i am charged 1800, just double. This is a cheating
