The hotel was not aware how many guests have been booked and the checkin also took lot of time. The rooms that i booked had ac but hotel denied and did not provide so had to contact customer care makemytrip and then the hotel provided but it was not required as the booking room already included ac. Not happy

They have given room at 5 pm. Check in time was 10 am. And they have provided non ac room taken extra charge for ac room

Hotel is neat and clean however the food offered from hotel is from another vendor which is not upto the mark as per price mentioned in the menu. So if you go only for stay then the property is worth for money. Staff is well trained and behaved. Privacy is also taken care by the hotel. Overall good experience at hotel.
