बहुत ही ज्यादा खराब अनुभव! आज तक के मेरे द्वारा ठहरे गये सभी होटलों में खराब। 3' x 4' का पूरे मार्केट का काॅमन लिफ्ट जो ground floor से संचालित किया जा सकता है। यानि पार्किंग से निकल कर खुद से ही सामान लेकर लिफ्ट का इस्तेमाल किजीए होटल से कोई स्टाफ सामान लाने ले जाने को नहीं उपलब्ध। बदबूदार मरे हुए जानवर का महक लिफ्ट सहित पूरे होटल में व्याप्त।

They have not provided shampoo and no breakfast cockroach is also at higher side in room food not provided, and also asking me at 11 am that if you not checkout on time then you will charge extra

Had booked 2 rooms in Laxmi palace…it’s anything but a palace and rather a pigsty. Pan stains on the walls, cockroaches in rooms and stained sheets welcome you here. The rooms smell foul because of the lack of upkeep and there is water seepage in all the walls and hardly any water pressure in the bathrooms.

Hotel staff is good. Rooms can be cleaner. Located very near to shalby hospital. No food at hotel need to order from outside

The location is worst to stay, so l left it. I didn't stay in the said hotel. It's on outskirt location. Not favorable to stay

Ac was not available full time, water problems were there ( water supply was not there because of power shortage, felt like a normal non ac room since it is summer when ac wasn’t working. Will i get a discount now?

no cleaning, no dusting, no service, very bad smelll

There was no water in morning for washrooms and showers. The hotel staff was also very negligent and ignored when we asked about the same and when argued they said they cannot help as there is no water available. Rooms were clean and nice but the basic facilities are lacking

It was a pleasant stay, rooms were clean & staff were helpful. Also, the location is really good and there are many restaurants nearby.

I stayed for 3 days, towel and toiletries are not served, in-spite of several reminders, they never changed the linens. The lift to the hotel is dirty and lot of spitting. Not worth for money.

The hotel is good and situated outer side of ahmedabad. It's very near of ring road ahmedabad. The wash room of the hotels are good but there was a bad issue with us, there was no water supply in entire hotel from night to next day morning 8 o'clock. And also no toiletries & towel provided by hotel authority. So very bad experience but peoples are good.
