I did not like location and facilities of the hotel at all. It was nothing compared to what I had paid for.

It was a completely ridiculous experience. I checked in early morning but the staff asked me for the early morning charge but I said I will check out within 12 hours then they gave me the room and imposed a time limit for check in.Talking about cleaning the room, I felt like I had to stay there because the bed was so dirty, which was my compulsion. I didn't even want to go there.

Hotel is good for short stay 2-3 hrs only if you are traveling tbroght get a mandir. I found few bed bugs. It was bedsheets were not clean.

Service - poor. Cleanliness - terrible. Ac working- poor. Room size is very small- very poor. Staff behaivour is very bad, rude. They have only 7 rooms. They call it hotel. It is not a hotel,

Stay is good but cleaning and mosquito protection is not there. Toilet cover is not available.

Rooms were very poor. Ceiling was too low. No flush in the toilet. No warm water. Can't explain the pathetic experience properly.

Rats are running in room, tv, guise r not worked

Good: room size is decent for a solo traveller, near to railway station. Bad: bathroom size is very very small, not maintained properly. Water shortage happened during the stay.

Sarvice is average but chek in time to just 30 min to extra charg no better

Being a regular customer of online hotel stay i felt better safe and healthy at your hotel plus there the staff was as helpful as they can be. Also the location is perfect for travellers who want a room nearby bus station
