I have not stayed refund me asap. the stau was not completed kindly do the refund

Location is very good. Couple friendly as the room size is very less. Toiletries are not provided. Catlee is not provided which are mentioned in the Aminities. Staff behavior is good. Overall experience is in Avarage.

Worst they asked to pay extra help I reached

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel due to several issues. Upon arrival, I found that: - The blanket provided was not clean. - The window was covered with a towel instead of proper curtains. - The bathroom was not clean and maintained. - The jet spray in the bathroom was not functioning. These issues compromised my comfort and overall experience. I hope the hotel takes necessary steps to address these problems and improve their services.

चादर बहुत गंदी थी पंखा खराब था रात भर इतनी आवाज आ रही थी कि सो नहीं पा रहे थे I और होटल ऐसी जगह है कोई आदमी ढूंढ नहीं पाए I होटल रूम बहुत छोटे हैं स्टाफ बिल्कुल कोऑपरेटिव नहीं है रात को डर लगे ऐसा होटल है

Fantastic Stay! I had an amazing experience at the Hotel new blue sapphire residency. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s location was perfect—convenient yet peaceful. The exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, fully maintain room, clean and hygiene room, over all is good, recommended to all

The stay was pathetic. Power off every 10 mins. Water leakage in the washroom, ac malfunction. Uncleaned bedsheet and pillow cover. Family stay is not at all recommended. Could see unmarried couples visit.

Toilet was not clened. Bed sheet and pillowd were not washed. Previously used. Not worthy. Need to improve in all aspects
