The hotel is good but the staff have to learn hospitality. The manager should take a briefing every day. Tips should be taken one place only, otherwise, run for tips

Behaviour of hotel staff was excellent - they checked us in early even without requesting. We were taken to the beach by the hotel's own vehicle & it's driver Arun da was also very polite & helpful. Also, security personal of the hotel was also very polite & helpful. Overall the exterior of the hotel was just great with beautiful garden & lawn chairs & table & a swimming pool. Only negative I would say is that the interiors of the hotel room & washroom is a bit old. A bit of modern lighting would also help to lit up the room cheerfully. Rest all was just great👍

AC, TV not working properly, after several request no one has attended. Basic services like dental kit, shaving kit not available.

outsode atmosphere is good but room is too old& welcome kit provided.only sampu& soap provided.Room is costly but room is not upto the mark.

Room had cobwebs, bed switch were not working, just one light in room that too a small tube light. The hotel looks nice from outside but has horrible rooms, the room was smelling as if it was not opened for days. Tv was not working half of the time.

I had heard so much of hotel nest and stayed there in 2017. It was wonderful. So i again booked this year and what a disappointment it was! the first room i got was full of mosquitoes, had a leaky bathroom, and problematic electric sockets. The room was not cleaned properly and after the hotel people switched the ac on, we found out the window was open, which is why the room was not getting cool. We would not have found out the reason had we not by chance moved the curtains. The hotel people were that negligent. We requested a change of rooms because of the bathroom, electric socket, and mosquito situation though initially they were not admitting to it. Then they shifted us to the room right next to the previous one. It did not have the problems that the first room had, but there was no remote control for the ac and they demanded that we had to stay there without temperature control and also said that almost all rooms facing the back of the hotel lacked ac remote. When i mentioned that the amenities' list had room-controlled ac in it, the management said they were not aware of it. I said that's not my problem and i needed the room changed. The rooms don't have wifi, and have poor mobile internet signal. Food is still a saving grace for the hotel but service is very slow. Inefficient as well, as in, they sometimes forgot or mixed orders. The dining room had lizards, insects, and cockroaches all over the place. So had other areas of the hotel. Guest quality of the hotel has also hugely deteriorated, which is true though for all of digha. Some "guests" continuously banged on our doors at weird hours and disappeared the moment we opened the doors. Hotel management must work hard to maintain whatever it has left, let alone achieve what it had before. There is a severe shortage of skilled hotel people. For 3 days, housekeeping could not give us a bin bag to be put in the bathroom bin. All the 3 rooms we got a taste of had faulty telephones. Can still make a huge list but i think it is enough. Not going back to the hotel and won't recommend it to anyone

Food is just average and need lot of improvement. Poor maintence or rooms. Room ph. Was dead. Tv not working no. Of times as service charge not paid. Room toilets layout is awful.

Perfect weekend stay. Good quality food, the sea-beach is within walking distance, well-behaved staff, well-maintained garden/kids play area. Overall good package.

Nice and satisfactory stay. Food quality very good. Excellent location of the property. Staff behaviour is very good. Need some maintenance ( specially plumbing) in some rooms. I will recommend the property to my friends and families, it is better than digha.

Very good food is available, good variety of fish, swimming pool is good, complimentary vehicle available for going to sea, only problem no sea view from hotel

Services where good, rooms neat and tidy

hotel is very impressive from outside but from inside it's not that good but still 4 out of 5 i want give because of swimming pool. also they dont have availability of the enlisted preparations mentioned in the room menu. whatever thalis they have ready only can serve that much . if you request for a omelette to them they are denying for the same. only dal bhaat alobhaja mix veg. they have timing for every order beyond that you cannot request anything. simple bread butter they will not provide if you delayed a bit in the morning to reach. but whatever food they are serving quality wise and quantity wise is good. thank you.

Very good hotel in budget. Front-facing rooms were spacious and good. The service was very very good. They have access to a secluded beach. Free car service for pick up and drop to the beaches.

The rooms are too unhygienic. The bucket and the mug kept there might be years old and never changed. The rooms lack a good tv, good lighting. The bedsheets have holes and are dirty. The blankets are not washed regularly. There's bad response rate in case if you need anything. We kept calling and no one from the reception, housekeeping picked up. We had to go down to the reception for a single pillow and wait for 15/20mins to ask someone about the pillow and then it came after nearly an hour. They would ask you for rs. 100 for pool entry per person. And it is written nowhere on the property. When asked if they have any proper rules and regulations for the charge, they could not show any. The bill wrote pool charges as miscellaneous. Later after much strife with the manager, they decided to let go of that charge. Please be aware before booking this property if you are hoping for a nice stay.
