Not as per the pictures shown in MMT. Wifi and TV are not working during my stay. Very casual approach when highlighted these matters. MMT, it is your simply eye wash, nothing else. MMT, you have already earned your money.

The property we booked through Make My Trip app. took a auto from Balisai bus stand about 10 mins ride, the property was elegant, stayed in a delux room. The room had attached bath, a balcony.. It was neat and clean with 24 hours hot water AC and power back up. The roof top swimming pool was nice. the restaurant was spacious and well decorated.. menu was wide, need to improve bengali cuisines, curry etc. Chinese was awesome. The staffs are polite and professional, in a nutshell it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was comfortable, the room was clean and all furniture and appliances were of great quality. All staff were helpful and polite. Our experience was only marred by minor complaints. For instance we were given an unexpectedly small room despite paying for 2 days. We saw on the day we were leaving that the other rooms on the floor were empty and more spacious. This made us feel annoyed cause we spent two days bumping into furniture and carefully maneuvering around the bed, even though we were just two people. The other thing is even more minor, and that is the hotel charging us for water. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't provide water for the room as part of the tariff. Overall, it's a lovely place and we enjoyed Tajpur, though next time we'll stay closer to the Biswa Bangla beach front. That side of the town is a lot more like a beach town.
