Rooms are not as cleaned as shown in the picture, walls was dirty, rooms are good in space but cooling is not proper in whole room. But food was tasty there

Location
familySituated not in main road. Going through car is not possible in front of the hotel as the cars don't come inside. Food was never an option to have as the quality was really bad. Apart from that being a 3star property hotel itinerary includes only soaps. Water was only give one time while boarding. Breakfast was also limited in terms of quantity as in can't expect to have second serving.

Stay was good room was clean and spacious. However, tap water was not clean and no water and toilet accessories were not provided. Otherwise rest was good.

Amritsar trip. Bad hotel
familyWe visited for a family trip and stayed at hotel nanaskar. The rooms given were filthy and dirty. The bathroom was choked and filled with water. Rooms were changed but at the time of checkout the manager on duty was not aware of this and tried to charge for food when we never ordered. One of the rooms given did not have its ac working. It was not a good hotel experience for our first visit to amritsar

No attention towards hygiene and sanitation. Room service was worse. Taking too much time to attend. Ac was malfunction. Open wiring in room. A mattress placed on the floor as an extra bed. Tea. Very bad. Bed sheet was dirty. Overall. Worse

Stay with convenience
It was very convenient location, next to Queen Road market. I could go to Golden temple on foot. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Best hotel to stay
Room was very good. Food is also good. Butter chicken was yummy. You will love it to be here. Staff was also good. If I will go to Amritsar again then I will book this hotel only.

Terrible Stay
Very bad hotel, even service is poor. Rooms are not like which is shown by MMT. No WiFi, staff are very bad.

The building was under construction
I wasn't given the proper room which I've book for. Instead they asked and insisted to upgrade to a larger room inspite I've book the room for 3 people. upon arriving they said that the rooms that I've booked aren't for 3 people and asked me upgrade to a larger upon extra cost.

Good Hotel to stay, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms are big and have ample spa and can accommodate large luggage.

Dear Sir, We do not charge anything extra from our guest once they had made booking. We only charge if it is a case of early check in by the guest. As we have checked our entry register sir your check in was at 7.a.m so it is our right to charge extra in case of early check in.
Value for money
Pros- very cooperative staff, ready to help round the clock,- big room,- closer to railway Station Cons:- ac is getting switched off automatically. Need to call reception frequently for this. separate mattress is provided for third person instead of bed mattress, no dedicated parking available.
