The service was good. Food was nice. Manager and other staff were helpful. But one employee was drunk and sitting next to Manager in evening time. Which frightened me as he was talking differently. he should have been told by manager not to sit or work in this condition. Overall the experience was good.

Very Bad Experience of Staying in This hotel. NO HOT WATER VERY BAD SERVICE TELLING LYE EVERYTHING ALL ROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY INSHORT WASTE OF MONEY DONT STAY.

It was pathetic and harassing, the worst experience of my life. The hotel is not safe at all and i was teased by some guests staying in the same hotel who were encouraged and supported by the ill-trained staff and unethical owner of the hotel. The hotel staff was not sorry at all for the incident and even was lying constantly. They shared wrong information about the check-out, gave incorrect details of the incident of teasing to save the culprits, and even helped those culprits. I was mentally tortured and harassed. The hotel mayra is not safe at all for the females of good reputed families. I had to leave the hotel at around 11 pm in the night for my safety.

Firstly in bathroom not bathing soap is there. Secondly towel not properly clean. Washbasin tap are damage geyser is not there. Thirdly parking issue is major problem. Owner was good he parked the car properly without any charges. Other staff said pay and park.

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. Food is adequate, decent service time. Staff is not primed towards customer service (expected at this price point) terrible receptionist interaction. You'll feel as if you're at their mercy and they're doing a favour by letting you stay. Lift randomly didn't work one time asked for 2 towels, got one. I'd give it 3 stars, bit the receptionist's attitude was so bad that i can't give more than 1

Lift was not working my room was on 3rd floor, i aaked them for shift my room on 1st floor but they didn't listen. Even my breakfast was not providing me timely, one day they didn't provide me breakfast. Charge extra for providing food in the room, extra not informed before, also charge for the water bottle provided during room service

Easy to reach and the food was awesome. Strongly recommend. I will prefer to stay here again whenever i go to amritsar.

Thar service in the hotel is pathetic the hotel was trying force to check out before time

Good food, perfect location simple rooms, good service, helpful staff just perfect for work or holiday.

The location of the hotel is great and the rooms were also spacious and well maintained. The people who run the property were also very cordial and helpful. They would help you with anything you ask for and also not imposing anything on us. It was a comfortable experience for me and my family.

No hot water, i am add breakfast and dinner but they are very rude behaviour, they are given only thali of rs 160- all three days. Such a horrible

Good place to stay in a very good area. The hospitality, rooms and in-house restaurants are one of the best in the area.

It's a very reasonably priced neat and clean hotel. Situated at ranjit avenue so transportation is easy to find. Washroom was also clean. If you are planning a short stay in amritsar then i would highly recommend this hotel.

Recently i book hotel maurya grand amritsar, the hotel reservation manager showing her attitude to my clients, they not provide my 05 rooms only 04 rooms he provide to my clients, he charged for extra mattress. He dont even sit their lounge area for waiting.

Not properly given food or water on time many time call every time then provide the water & food.

My stay was really bad the staff member was threatening me he abused me as well no heater no blanket and service is extremely poor

Room keys not available we go outside without lock our room. No toiletery available no hot water
