The room was good. I liked it. The problem was i booked for a 3 persons' room and got 2 persons' room with extra bed.

Experienced a good service. Clean and tidy room with good food service. Overall a comfortable stay.

The room was nice, but the bath towel was very old. There was only one bar of soap in the bathroom. No shampoo, paste, brush, nothing at all seemed average. The staffs were well behaved.

Boutique hotel in a small town. Rooms are clean and maintained. Only thing is morning tea and breakfast is served only after 9 am. There should be provisions for early tea when ever we want and breakfast at least around 7:30 am. For early birds you need to plan this ahead. I’m ok otherwise, staff was good and food was also good.

Breakfast was complimentary but tasted delicious. They have bar if they serve in the same place, we might hesitate to go with family especially with Mom, wife or with children. Otherwise everything else fine.

I had booked the hotel at the pattambi location as the hotel was over booked I was transferred to their koppam hotel which was 8 kms from pattambi. Makemytrip also didn't do anything to reserve my room in pattambi. I eventually had to agree to be shifted to koppam as I did not have any other option.
