I recently stayed at and was disappointed to find that they did not provide complimentary drinking water in the room. As a guest, I expect basic amenities like water to be available. *Issues:* 1. *No Complimentary Water:* Despite requesting, the hotel staff informed me that they don't provide me drinking water. 2. I asked twice for water they didn’t provide me. *Suggestions for Improvement:* Overall, this oversight detracted from my stay. I hope the hotel considers addressing this issue.

Room was full of dust. Toilet was not at all clean. Glasses and cups had left over drinks and not cleaned properly

A horrible property which I have ever stayed. No staff in the property to get you checked in. Breakfast was free with room charges but did not get. No hot water supply. The entire room was stinky and very unhygienic.
