Review Of Hotel Mount Shivalik

Carpets were burned at places, very old, sorry and smelling badly. Toilets were very very dirty. Urine outside bathroom. Bed and blankets were too old dirty. When room was booked for 3 adults staff have only one towel which appears to be used. Jug was leaking.

Terrible experience. Poor utilities provided. Electric bedsheet got fire my half of back is burnt. Rather than to assist me with medical help property manager behaved very rudely and never bothered about my injury.

Hot water not supplied even in extreme cold condition. Television not working. Blankets not clean

My room is full of insects it bite me on my neck and leg, horrible night. But the location of the Hotel is very nice.

When we reached hotel at 2 am. There is no electricity in hotel. Only 2 hours we got light in morning time and old room need to repairing.

Location and Hotel service not good as per my experience

Lovely hotel, amazing view, tasty food, surrounded by lovely nature. Decorated very well inside and outside by beautiful flowers, apple trees. We went there for 2 days and one night with my family 24 and 25th june 2019 after online booking. Pros 1. Location is lovely, we love the nature and beauty of the nearby places of the Hotel Mount Shivalik 2. Lovely food in reasonable price you must order before 9 pm for the dinner 3. Own carree and so they serve you almost everything which you want 4. Lovely flowers and trees of apple which gives you positive energy of nature. 5. Co operative staff and helpful, room service was also nice 6. They have own space for food so if you want to eat with big family out of the room so you can eat there Cons 1. Landline not working 2. We face some drastic horror night just because of dogs as they bark, crying and trying to open the room door at night (11 pm) after a Long time when we listen the crying sound of dogs so we guess that they were dog until we almost guess the animal whole night and sleep in the frighten. 3. We had room no. 304 and 305, 305 was good but 304 had poor bathroom in which they don't have back cleaner. 4. Hot water for Bath is comes only in the morning for fix time so if you want to bath in a different time slot I guess then the hot water will not available. Rest I can say everything was fine and we had great experience over there we had lovely memories there.

Service is very fast and Paratha is also good I love this price range hotel.

It was very average room and service. Food quality was also not good.
Room was too cold and not provided any room heater, only electric blanket was placed. Towels, soap was in very poor quality.

Bedbugs were there, water not available for one day.
Bed was in a very poor condition. Blankets were too old torn. Mattresses had worn out from use. Water was not coming for one day. Reception never picked up call the first two times.

Service is ok but room is not good. There are number of wild insect which disturb us, so never prefer in future.

Room walls and windows were broken. There was no wi-fi connection. Totally bad experience to stay in hotel Mount Shivalik.

Worst experience I ever had with MMT hotel. Dirty floor mat and towel was not washed. Restaurant was closed at 11 Pm, even we have not got a cup tea in such a chill weather. I suggest not to visit this hotel ...

Location of hotel is near taxi stand that s why to much crowd is there, building is old and used old box type TV and food is very costly, To much insects are there in bathroom, Rooms are good but need to work on the cleaness of the rooms as the bedding is not clean.

Location of hotel is good and the climate is very good. The near by place is Patnitop main market. Sanasar is 18km drive. Food of hotel is good. Rooms are good but need to work on the cleaness of the rooms as the bedding is not clean.

Services was satisfactory, room was too bad a the dirty the pillows, bed sheet, blanket was very dirty. Location was not as per goibibo shown in the picture. Overall wastage of money. But staff was cooperativ.

Looks like old time Dharamshala Location was pretty good, but very old building, light was not their, smell in room, old box type Tv that's also not running properly, food was not good We leaved the hotel with in half an hour, check in hotel Subhash palace, that economical than this but hundreds time better Very bad experience with MakeMyTrip and hotel

Worst hotel in Patnitop. Whole trip was spoiled because of stay. So unhygienic, pathetic cleanliness, bad services. Only good thing was its location. Never want to stay again there. This recommendation was not expected from MMT.
