The hotel's cleanliness was so good. Staff behaviour was also polite. Air conditioning and housekeeping services were good.

Location is worst can't able to identify the entrance and lift reception smells bad also in room and toilet was uncleaned also there is no flushing button, uncleaned bed and towels totally waste of money

Staff and entry process was smooth. But the room was not clean, washroom had water shortage. Even toilet jet spray was not working.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The place was extremely dirty, and the hygiene standards were shockingly poor. The bedsheets were in bad condition—some were even torn—and the bed itself was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also very dirty, which made it difficult to use. There was water continuously leaking from the tap, and overall, the maintenance of the entire property was severely lacking. It felt like nothing was properly cleaned or taken care of. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even They not provided me Dental kit and towel.

The worst experience i ever had. 0 services provided as well rooms were super unhygienic like cockroaches and red ants are all over the floor and baathroom omg horrible cannot even step in ..make my trip has the worst hotel listed on its application. Worst experience :(

room no proper clean, not hot/warm water available, Fan also making noise and washroom door lock alslo not working with having basin tap continuesly leaking with heavy flow.

TV is not working and they didn't done anything for it after complaint. There were ants on bed below pillow. Cleaning was not good. AC was not working properly.....

Poor Quality Room With teared blanket and stinking Bathroom with no water facility no water bottles provided and even they give me one room insted to two and i have booked 2 rooms

The property is amazing. The lift makes it easy to access. 5 km distance from vatva and Ahmedabad railway station. Staff is friendly and quick. Chai was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Pathetic Experience, Untidy hotel with pests, cockroaches, leaking bathroom plumbing, dirty pillow covers and bedsheets. Avoid it at all cost

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Monville. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a dusty and unkempt environment. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, making the room unbearably stuffy and had to be reset at the reception repeatedly. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches, which was both unhygienic and alarming. The bathroom was in a deplorable state—the commode seat was broken, the faucets were leaking, and there was no hot water supply, making basic hygiene a challenge. This level of maintenance is unacceptable for any establishment. I’ve attached photos to highlight the issues for anyone considering a stay here. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Place was not hygienic with missing amenities

Big Rats are moving in room, bad smell, services are not good, not looking like hotel, too expensive, no tea etc, insects and bhunge are moving in room.

Property's location was good, all the facilities were fine too. My entire family loved the stay there

Overall the room condition is good, proper house keeping, furniture are good, bathroom is in good condition, response of staff is good, there is a problem with hot water. It deserves a 5 rating but due location i give 4 rating because it is just near the railway station and can't sleep peacefully due to continuous railway horn, it windows need to be sound proof to avoid such negative point, i can't comment on food as i have not tested. Over all i give 4 rating
