Property located at prime location, nearby located to the famous markets, Mall etc. Room service is very prompt. Polite staff. All basic amenities available. The only thing which needs to be upgraded is food quality. That wasn't much tasty. Rest all things were good

courteous staff, good breakfast, attentive service. thanks to Mayank and Akshay for all your help. Nothing out of ordinary, and everything was inline as per what was supposed to be provided. Definitely good value for money. i wish they had a better check out policy

2+1 room they provided was very small for 3 people..very small space for extra bed.

While this was my 4th Stay with property, but this time it was just average, 1) Unclean Bedsheets 2) Dirty Rooms and Table 3) Water Dampness in room walls 4) lot of bug, insects, even two stucked butterflies 5) No Toiletries 6) Breafast Buffet was way below average 7) Small parking, due to which I was woken up by a call at 5:30 am in the morning to get my car out as someone was going out. Now let's say something positive 1) Nice staff and the front desk was ok 2) Rooms are spacious 3) Near to lot of things 4) No Noise inside room Overall need a lot of improvement

It was a very good experience. Room was very clean and they gave proper room service. As a have a toddler they helped me with the bottle cleaning and all.

Terrible Stay
Worst Experience Ever I had booked two rooms for four people, but upon arrival, the hotel staff claimed that the rooms were meant for single occupancy only. They blamed me for not selecting "4 adults" during booking, even though nowhere was it mentioned that each room was limited to just one person. Despite already paying for the rooms, they demanded an additional . After raising the issue and even contacting MakeMyTrip (who were of no help), the staff finally agreed to extra—after nearly an hour of back-and-forth and inconvenience. When we finally got to the room, it was a complete letdown. The room was extremely small, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that I woke up with neck and back pain. There was no proper separation between the bathroom and the toilet area. Basic amenities like a shower cap, iron, hair dryer, and even a proper bed were missing. There was only one charging point, and that too was slow. Overall, a highly disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend.

Dear Guest, As explained to you at the time of check in also, when you booked through MMT you booked only for 1 pax. If you have stayed in hotels you would know that the rates increase with the no oof pax. You booked for 1 pax and expected us to let 4 pax stay in the room. It is shocking that you are still blaming the staff for your fault. Also you booked for the base category and were expecting us to give you and executive room, which would have not been possible. Iron and hair dryer are available on request. Regards
