Worst Experience Ever
I had booked two rooms for four people, but upon arrival, the hotel staff claimed that the rooms were meant for single occupancy only. They blamed me for not selecting "4 adults" during booking, even though nowhere was it mentioned that each room was limited to just one person.
Despite already paying for the rooms, they demanded an additional . After raising the issue and even contacting MakeMyTrip (who were of no help), the staff finally agreed to extra—after nearly an hour of back-and-forth and inconvenience.
When we finally got to the room, it was a complete letdown. The room was extremely small, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that I woke up with neck and back pain. There was no proper separation between the bathroom and the toilet area. Basic amenities like a shower cap, iron, hair dryer, and even a proper bed were missing. There was only one charging point, and that too was slow.
Overall, a highly disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend.

As explained to you at the time of check in also, when you booked through MMT you booked only for 1 pax. If you have stayed in hotels you would know that the rates increase with the no oof pax. You booked for 1 pax and expected us to let 4 pax stay in the room. It is shocking that you are still blaming the staff for your fault. Also you booked for the base category and were expecting us to give you and executive room, which would have not been possible. Iron and hair dryer are available on request. Regards
