Provided a room with the worst condition after complaining shifted to another room... Staff is not interested in answering your query...Avoid this place..

overall hospitality is missing, dirty bathrooms, no cleaning in time, missing toilatories, dirty towel and bed covers, lack of ventilation bad .. very bad experience,

I didn’t use the conference room, but it looked professional and well-equipped from a glance. Most of the appliances in the room were not working properly like geyser, room was smelling of cigarette smoke.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Great food options and tastes good too. Comfortable stay with family

Only plus point is location. Otherwise it needs a total renovation. Floor tiles are coming out, bathroom fittings are damaged, food was overly priced and not good.
