Review Of Hotel Mist Tree Mountain

The hotel found closed due to under construction when I arrived at hotel location then I have booked other hotel. Now you are asking for review, how can i give review about the hotel where I didn't stay ? MakeMyTrip trip is a fraud who has deducted my money in advance but didn't give me hotel facility. Now i am requesting for refund but the staff of MakeMyTrip is not refunding my money back. Always they have some excuse about refund

1. Dust in cupboard, bathroom 2. Dirty sofas 3. Dirty chairs 4. Dirty cushions 5. Due to color work, dust in lobby 6. Intercom not working (though he provided his mobile number) 7. Lift not working not a good ambience, overall. I'd refrain from re-booking and won't recommend not worth. I did not click images

Emergency light in corridor or down stair must be there in case of total electricity fail. Down stair totally dark very unsafe. Else view from room is good. Hotel staff also good. Price may little lower

The service, breakfast and hospitality was excellent.

This was one of the premier properties of GTK initially but the Hotel is in its ruins now. Staff hospitality is pathetic, bathroom tiles have peeled off, room intercom is not there and hence you need to travel to the reception every now and then. Their are cockroaches and flies all around the room. Please don't even think of considering this Hotel even of they offer discount. Their are good Hotel at half the price and better amenities and hospitality.

Good location near MG Road only 5 minutes walking distance.

Location wise the hotel is good enough. Very close to the mall road. We have booked a mountain view room. You can easily feel the essence of gangtok
Location wise excellent. Service and food is good. View of the mountain is also good if you can book mountain view rooms.
