Didn't get food in the property, rooms were very small, location was very inside in a small alley, also charged for water

Hotel is located in a very narrow lane but Ramghat and Mahakaal temple are within 2 km radius. They don't provide lunch and dinner as they don't have pantry. Breakfast is outsourced and includes poha, Dhokla and kachori. Quality of room and facilities are pathetic. Worst ever experience, first is the room. One room should be three bed as booked, got double bed and no space for extra bedding. Asked to set it in front of washroom gate. Washrooms are not even cleaned, taps not working. No one to serve you, not even basic ammenities were there. Three people in a room and 1 towel, refused to give extra towels.

I didn't use the food of the property, location was not good, amenities and services was very bad, toilet was too bad.

Normal hotel without facilities Only for day stay eg. reach ujjain in morning -> check in to this hotel -> get ready -> visit mahakal mandir -> checkout and leave ujjain.

Staff if very humble . Stay was very good . They are ready to take care , you name it , they will arrange it.
