We had a really good experience staying at this hotel. The staff here deserves special appreciation they were gentle, polite, very helpful, and always cooperative. No matter what we asked for, they tried their best to arrange it with a smile. Even though there are certain limitations in terms of facilities, the team puts in great effort to make sure guests feel comfortable and satisfied. Their dedication towards customer service is truly commendable. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming, and you can feel that the staff genuinely cares about the comfort of their guests. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good hospitality and supportive service. Moreover they provide Welcome Drink and the food in their restaurant was really good and hygienic

No heater available also hot water is available only for sometime not full day, no cleanliness, very small room.

Worst experience in this hotel.. No room heater,No kettle,No Jet spray and there is no gyser as well in washroom they Didn’t provide towel as well

This place have a home feeling you’ll be treated like a family member here they have all the amenities like hot water heated blankets food also is amazing here

I stayed in this hotel on 14 december 2023. Sajid bhai is very helpful and cooperative. Food here is very delicious. All is great apart from little bit issue of cold whether control. Good one for middle class

Staff behaviour is very splendid, we ordered kadhai pane-er in dinner and omllete tea and coffee for breakfast all the things are good in taste as well as quantity nice food nice stay.
