Review Of Hotel Mayda Prime Near Delhi Airport

Mentioned king size bed on mmt but got queens size for 3 adults. Staff was not polite at all. They straightaway rejected the request for some extra time before checkout even when they did nit had any booking

bad hotel with worst experience.. called the reception for tv channel many times but got no response from the hotel staff.. booked premium room but they provided deluxe room

Location is near airport and the hotel is very nice. Rooms and bathrooms are super. same as showed in the apps. Will book again whenever we will be in Delhi.

Bunch of rowdies sitting on the front desk. Definitely have something against the boss. No manners how to speak to guests. The housekeeping disappeared when I asked for hot water. The bathroom doesn't provide hot/warm water.

Room service problem I was last to this time rude behaviour 3 time call but not to reply

the staff was nit at all cooperative. Services was very poor . Disgusting management . all in all not satisfied with the hotel .

The worst stay and the pathetic service by the staff, too lazy they were one thing you ask them they won't give you after several times calling them and even enquiry them physically also. Rooms were in pathetic condition and even got hurt from the broken edges of the table top. Wet towels(used one) provided, cobweds and lots of dust in room literally over the headboard also that you might feel disgusted to rest to rest your head. Shout out to the staff they got so lazy that after telling them personally to send some cutlery in the room and even calling them twice they didn't even deliver it. They should better train their staff a little bit so that they should know we have paid for the basic services that they are providing and not just simply asking for it.

Staff service was very poor. Intercom was not working. No take any action after many times. Provide the towel & water after many calls.

All hotel services and amenities are up to the mark as expected from mayda group of hotels as we already stayed in their another property in agra. We strongly recommend this property to our friends, family and colleagues.

The stay was okay in terms of location and cleanliness, but the staff behavior completely ruined the experience.

The rooms are fine but not very clean, The washroom is also not clean! the geyser doesn't work.
