Review Of Hotel Max Inn SG Highway

Highly unprofessional, on reaching received the smallest room with dirty linen and bad shape of toilet as if someone was using it. Later came to know that my room was allotted to some guests. No management, water provided with broken seal, later said we do provide if you had asked for. I had to leave early morning and the best comes when there was no water in the bathroom. I had to brush and shave using the drinking water bottle provided to me last night. Asked no water, so the caretaker called someone but there was no water for at least another 20 minutes, finally i had to move to the bathroom where water was coming. No tv access, non of the channels were working and the tvs were kept only for show. As if they have opened a 5-6 rooms like dormitory with no facilities. Do not prefer this hotel for your stay. Since i had to just stay for two nights and not use the hotel or its amenities i was still fortunate. Caretakers are not trained professionals. They are simply holding rooms in such a good locality, its unfortunate.

It was a comfortable stay. Though the rooms are a bit smaller they are perfect for single occupancy. The staff was congenial and cooperative.
