Nice location ,Buffet breakfast was good with option, room with amenities are good, only wifi have problem. overall it was good stay at Westend

I recently stayed at this hotel, booking through MakeMyTrip, and had a disappointing experience. Checking in late, around 11:30 pm, I was exhausted and looking forward to rest. However, the reception staff's behavior was rude and uncooperative. Their tone and language were unacceptable, especially considering I'd booked through a third-party service. The morning breakfast was decent, but the overall lack of hospitality and support from the staff was concerning. Given this experience, I would caution others to be prepared for potential issues with customer service.

it was good , the rooms are clean and well maintained. The food to me at the restaurant or room service is very expensive . the price i believe needs to be corrected . Everything else was fine

Rooms space are very congested and old structure and even bead length also very low and small flooring also not clean

There is no reason to have any kind of complaints. Breezy check in, courteous staff, spacious and clean rooms, excellent meals in the restaurant, very attentive staff including the security, accommodative management, unmarried couples not allowed - excellent for family stay. In short, just go for it for a pleasant stay in ahmedabad.

Not good experience. Service not good. Customers handling was not proper. Talking rudely with people. Asking to check out before 9 am. From where these rules are coming?

The hotel is well located and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The suite is very nice & spacious. In the other room, the room was good but the bed size is too narrow. Someone on the healthier side may not fit well or may be anxious of falling down at night.

Good house keeping, cleaned and quiet good for staying with family, location is within reach and quiet good facilities for availability of local transport

Rooms and breakfast was ok. We had to check in late night. Rooms had a smell of cigarette smoke. Couldn't sleep well

The staff behaviour was rude. I requested for atleast give 15 min more for check-out but they denied. All hotels give 11am atleast as check-out time but here they told 9am is fixed.

My stay at hotel the west-end which is conveniently located to me was comfortable with good services (f&b) and the rooms were clean and superb. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick.

The rooms were good but not comfortable for 3 people. Even the support staff is not that much helpful. They don't support small small things.

Westend hotel is not good as according to payment and also food quality is not good and price is very high
