Disappointed with the service. The hotel charged me ₹500 extra just for early check-in, which was not mentioned earlier. On top of that, when my guests came to visit me, they were not allowed to meet me. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

A very good and comfortably stay. The rooms and entire hotel was clean and all the amenities were in working condition.

I came early at the hotel and luckily there was a room vacant so they provided early booking with some nominal charges. The rooms are fine and the service is good. You can order food on swiggy and zomato and i will arrive right at your door. So reachability is good.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering good service. The staff was polite and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, for hot water and AC, guests need to call the reception to have them turned on, which can be a slight inconvenience. As a solo traveler, I was given a very small room, with only 1.5 feet of space on two sides of the bed. While it was quite compact, but it was ok and sufficient for one person but require some more space. Overall, a good experience with excellent hospitality.

Staff behaviour politely and good amenities, but lack of hygienic amenities like shop & sampoos, etc. Overall good service.

Hotel staff was good & cooperative

New hotel, all staff members are very polite with smiling faces. Rooms, washroom, pillow, blanket, bedsheet all in very good condition. Everything is very neat and clean. Location is perfect, no need to do any extra efforts to find place. Everything is good.

Within this budget it is one of the good hotel to stay. It is in the centre of the city. Everything is almost accessible.

I seriously have doubt on urea authenicity. 1) seepage walls. Leading to damp environment 3) toilet flush not working properly 4) bathroom drainage not working properly leading to sliding floor leading to fall of kids. Getting hurt 5 ) bathroom and main door not locking smoothly. Leading to hurt in hands 6) i'll advice people to better shell some extra money. Better from staying at such cheap hotels 7) small hand towels. Bathrobe. Disposable not provided

The rating given was wrong. Room is not having ventilation. No toiletries. No in-house food, food need to order from outside. Need to ask for plates. Water heater connection is at outside so challenge to get hot water bath. Drinking water was not good. Bedsheets having stains need to ask for change. Staff is cooperative.

The location of hotel is good and the staff is very supportive. Hotel is located on 3rd floor. The only cons that i can see is that the size of rooms are very small. It is suitable for 2 people but if you are more than 2 people, then i will not recommend this hotel to you. Overall experience is good
