    Terrible Stay

    I recently stayed at the lotus hotel balewadi in pune, and it was an extremely unpleasant experience. From the moment i arrived, things went wrong. No shampoo, soap, napkins. No hot hot water for bath. None of the staff available to attained. No breakfast which is included in our stay.
