Poor Stay
The shortcomings are that there is no lift, restaurant is on top floor, buffet breakfast is placed at the lobby, there is no kid play area. Not best suitable for family.

Poor Stay
The hotel doesn't have the standard of a 3 star hotel.. staff is fine. There is no lift facility. The room was not that clean. There was a lot of dust under the bed. Complimentary water bottles were also not given properly.

Average Stay
Property was clean and food was excellent. But not happy with their attitude. I had booked for 3 nights with two meals per day, so total 6 meals. But for some reason had to check out day earlier. And whatever extra food we had for first two days, I requested them to adjust against our meal plan. But even that minor adjustment they flatly refused. Did not expect them to refund one night stay but just the meal plan. I thought that was a bit unfair.

Property location is good but food is terrible .Kanatal is offbeat place so you don’t get much options for food here

Awesome experience here very nice view and reach to other places food are good . People is very helping here as well . I would like to come back here sure wish I had book here atleast for 2 nights

coupleDecent place in midst of kanatal, food options are ok, we got a road facing room after booking a room with himalayan view, couldnt open the windows as it was too dusty because of being on the 1st floor. Rest was ok

Great place to stay but require amenities upgradatio
familyLocation is awesome, food is ok. But the amenities needs to be improved. This summer they didn't have even a ceiling fan. It was hot on days. I agree that they were not prepared for such hot climate considering location. But ceiling fan anyway is always required. Food was good. Frequent power cuts were also there.

La riqueza kanatal - an excellent choice forth e stay in kanatal
We planned a trip to kana tal, uttarakhand on 9th june 2024. The location of the hotel la riqueza kanatal is perfect and convenient. It has enough space for parking. The food was delicious. Room service was quick. The room and washroom were clean. We liked the view of kanatal from the terrace. The hospitality of the entire staff was excellent.

Excellent Stay
La riqueza is situated at a very calm place. Even in the scorching heat of may in cities. This will be the dream place to be weather wise. Staff is very polite and hospitable. We booked a standard room so we didn’t get to enjoy the view from our room. So that was a bit disappointing. Food was extremely lip smacking. So all in all it was a great experience to stay at this property. Wish them all the best for their future.
