The food was very good and room service was also very prompt. Food serving size was also good. Rooms could be more neat and clean.

Very good location for people visiting Ambernath. A normal tea takes 45 mins. A drink can take 40 mins...overall still a good place, I hope the service was better.

For a restaurant bill payment they called by midnight 1.00 am and disturbed my sleep.

I stayed at Hotel Krishna Palace, Ambernath for over a week and overall had a comfortable experience. The property is conveniently located with easy access to Ulhasnagar and nearby areas. Rooms are spacious and maintained decently, with housekeeping ensuring basic cleanliness and hygiene. Staff was polite and cooperative, always ready to assist whenever needed. Food quality was satisfactory, though the menu could be a little more diverse for long-stay guests. Amenities like Wi-Fi and room service were reliable, but certain areas such as bathroom fittings and in-room facilities could be improved for a better guest experience. Safety and hygiene standards were generally followed, which gave a sense of comfort during the stay. Overall, it is a good option for both short and extended stays, and with small upgrades, the property can provide an even better guest experience.

The receptionist at front desk was very rude. She had treated me very badly and was laughing at me with her fellow colleague please dong keep staff like this. Krishna palace always known for there services but behavior of this kind is unacceptable. Please try to correct it or tell this guys to be kind to there customers. We don’t come there for free. We pay for our services.

Really very nice place enjoy luxury life experience, all things are proper, road side view is awesome, all staff good communicates and with well groomed

The property is too good for the price. The facilities include high speed WiFi, room with spacious queen size bed, hot water is available round the clock, a quite city view from the room is serene. Everything is too good. I liked it a lot.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, fully hygienic, and very well-maintained. The food was delicious and exceeded expectations. Overall, a great experience would definitely recommend!
