Hi! I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my stay at your property.
I appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process; the service was decent overall. However, upon my arrival at 2:00 PM, I had requested a high floor with a clear view, but was assigned a room on the 3rd floor that unfortunately overlooked an AC compressor. This was quite disappointing, especially since I expected a room that met my initial request.
I believe that other rooms may have been available, and it would have been helpful to have my preference fulfilled.
Additionally, I would like to suggest implementing a one-time payment system. Every time I ordered something, whether it was room service or dining at the in-house restaurants, I had to make a separate payment. A single payment method would streamline the process greatly.
Overall, I would like to express that I have no major complaints, just wanted to share my experiences. The property is lovely and the service was good. I must say that both restaurants at the hotel are amazing.
