Hotel Krishna Palace Ambernath

The receptionist at front desk was very rude. She had treated me very badly and was laughing at me with her fellow colleague please dong keep staff like this. Krishna palace always known for there services but behavior of this kind is unacceptable. Please try to correct it or tell this guys to be kind to there customers. We don’t come there for free. We pay for our services.

The property is too good for the price. The facilities include high speed WiFi, room with spacious queen size bed, hot water is available round the clock, a quite city view from the room is serene. Everything is too good. I liked it a lot.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, fully hygienic, and very well-maintained. The food was delicious and exceeded expectations. Overall, a great experience would definitely recommend!

Hi! I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my stay at your property. I appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process; the service was decent overall. However, upon my arrival at 2:00 PM, I had requested a high floor with a clear view, but was assigned a room on the 3rd floor that unfortunately overlooked an AC compressor. This was quite disappointing, especially since I expected a room that met my initial request. I believe that other rooms may have been available, and it would have been helpful to have my preference fulfilled. Additionally, I would like to suggest implementing a one-time payment system. Every time I ordered something, whether it was room service or dining at the in-house restaurants, I had to make a separate payment. A single payment method would streamline the process greatly. Overall, I would like to express that I have no major complaints, just wanted to share my experiences. The property is lovely and the service was good. I must say that both restaurants at the hotel are amazing. Thank you for considering my feedback. I look forward to my next stay and hope it will be even better.

overall location, room, restaurants are good and price reasonable however 1. one does not feel welcome at the reception. no smile, no thanks, just grim stern looks. 2. late checkout even after a week's stay not allowed. chargeable by the hour. 3. I didn't want buffet lunch Of 600 but ordered khichdi and papad. asked for a little potato veg from buffet, charged rs 345. total over 700! 4. on 7th floor room noise of water leaking in corridor plus late night sounds from restaurant above. 5. apart from two 300ml water per day, water is chargeable. 6. no loyalty program overall location, room, restaurants are good and price reasonable however

They deny to give basic room sleeper and said if you come via MMT they will charge and I said okey I will Pay still after 4 call and follow up No one come to room Overall service is slow Flush Fossit not working Arrogant Front Desk Ac not working I stay and eat around 4000 Bill still they don’t give a Damn It’s like I can go somewhere else

Receptionist is very supportive..By mistake it was wrong room booked but Ms Roshni help me to give correct room.

Services is poor, no indoor parking for personal vehicles, food is okay, Fan should be required with AC
