Third Class Hotel Bathroom Taps & Health Faucet Of Toilet Seat Are Already Waste / Broken AND Not Working Properly , Hotel Is Not Safe For Family Members , AND Without Permission Of Tourist / Traveler Employees Of Hotel Are Open To Locked Door Of Hotel Room . And Location Of Hotel Is Very Bad , Smell Is Available Inside & Outside Of Hotel , Lobby / Passage Are Not Clean

Cozy, spacious and comfortable room near reception with parking. Pleasant outer ambiance, green balcony view in monsoon. Quick service and helpful guidance. Common area had a bad odor due to nearby bar.

First day when we checked in the room was not clean and bathtub was broken, had to stay in another small room while paying for a suite room. Didn’t get any compensation as well. The hotel doesn’t have enough crockery when asked for 8 glasses they denied saying from where will we bring 8 glasses and gave 2-3 glasses only. Same with plates bowls etc. we have to manage so much. Water was not there one morning which delayed our baths and checkouts and the hotel owner was saying us to checkout fast when they were at fault. Terrible service. The hotel is good but the service is terrible.

I found this property on mmt but after reach I found this hotel is only a couple friendly not for a solo traveller or for business travels.
