We booked 2 rooms for our 2-night stay but were allotted only 1 room for the first night which caused a lot of inconvenience. On complaining, the receptionist and other staff mis-behaved and threatened us to cancel the booking for the second day as well. On asking for the refund of 1 room for the first day inconvenience, they denied the request arrogantly and told us to do whatever we can do. They even said that you can call Make My Trip helpline number, and they don't even care. Was a terrible experience overall and caused a lot of trouble for us.
