We booked 2 rooms for our 2-night stay but were allotted only 1 room for the first night which caused a lot of inconvenience. On complaining, the receptionist and other staff mis-behaved and threatened us to cancel the booking for the second day as well. On asking for the refund of 1 room for the first day inconvenience, they denied the request arrogantly and told us to do whatever we can do. They even said that you can call Make My Trip helpline number, and they don't even care. Was a terrible experience overall and caused a lot of trouble for us. ", so that others don't face the same inconvenience and harassment that we faced on your website.

The property was neat and clean. Staff behaviour was good. The room was clean and tidy. Overall Good.

A good option to stay near private bus stand. Value for money. Enough spacious rooms and facilities.

Average experience...they made us to wait for half an hour at the time of check in for getting the room ready... hygiene was not upto the mark... cockroaches were roaming around in the rooms...no drinking water other than packaged water bottles..

The room and the bathroom were very dirty, the bathroom looked like it had not been washed for many years

Stay was good. Rooms were clean and hotel give us good upgrade of rooms because of minor problems. Overall is good.

Average, no hot water provided. Delay in room check-in and cleaning

On arrival at hotel I am told that there is no booking for me. Having shown them confirmation they gave me one room. Room itself was unhygienic. Dirty bedsheet and quilt which was torn with holes. Having shown them, they did change but again not good quality. When I ordered for dinner I was told it is not part of my deal. Once again having shown them confirmation, I was told that they will only serve me a thali where in they will give me their choice of one DSL, one vegetable and I could order chapattis of my choice. Breakfast again was limited to their choice of paratha with curds. Again at night about 3 am we were woken up by loud talking going on in front of our room where about 20 people were talking loudly and laughing. I had to come out of my room to request for silence. I was informed by management that since this hotel is booked by marriage parties such disturbance is common. I had a very bad experience.

Service about breakfast was not served till 0825 hours, so we checked out as we did not receive any response from staff.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Location is Indore Ujjain highway near Lalo gate awesom. Food quality is good and also value for money. Hotel arrenge cab or auto on affordable price. Temple is little bit far but its nice stay.
