I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The ambiance of the hotel felt both luxurious and homely, making my stay very relaxing

Hygiene was not good. Room was smelling, bed sheets were not changed. Room was not as shown in the pictures. Location is good. Staff was sleeping in the corridor till 8 in the morning.

Excellent place to stay

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome as they also provided us with early check in. My room was spacious, clean and well-organized, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making me feel truly valued. I highly recommend Hotel Hari Om Palace to anyone visiting Ujjain!

the geyser didn't worked , even asked reception multiple times, after like 30 min they send one guy he came and just left without saying anything. after 15 mins i again contacted reception to look into this or atleast give me a bucket of hot water, after 10 min a staff finally a gave the hot water bucket. everything else was fine but this was my and my family's experience
