Review Of HOTEL JYOTI RESIDENCY 1&2 MATHURA

I was staying in this hotel for 12 days I can not service properly. 1. Housekeeping very bad. 2. Management request to guest for tv recharge. 3. Mosquito protection like an all-out, good knight, etc not available in the hotel. 4. Drinking water service not available. 5. Management behavior was very bad. 6. Without any information, management changes the room. 7. Room bathroom and room conditions very poor quality. 8. Electricity and power backup very poor.

Most 3rd class hotel, no service available here house keeping, water, room service etc.

Tv is not working and service people's are not good

Hotel was not clean at all, there were mosquitoes everywhere.

Very bad hotel, not provide facility of WiFi, TV room service and very most important, room very bad.

Worst experience.

Food facility not available and parking is not good.

Liquid mosquito repellent is not available nor food is available also location is too far from city so you need to drive a lot to find anything required.

We are happy to stay in there I think next time I will try to there stay in this hotel. My journey was good. And the room was very good. And also room service is good so all over that my experience was good there

I stayed for 2 night. The hotel staff is worst and illetrate. They don't know how to behave with client and if you will ask for the bill they will misbehave. They will never change bed sheet and pillow cover. The hotel does not have in house restaurant. Never ever think of staying there. You will surely spoil your trip.

Very poor services, I request to you all don't stay in this hotel, very bad condition of rooms, there is no any cleaness, staff service is very bad, they provided tea after one hour of demand by us

Room is the best for purpose of three members and facilities is good there is very best hotel in my life, room is very clean & clear, or good management is Hotel meneger, I like you and very special.

Most worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. If you want to talk to the help desk you have to walk to the dest as no intercom is there. Full of mosquito. They don't have restaurant and you will have noting to eat at 1 km surrounding. Located in a worse place.
